Cancel a pending order before it fills
Withdraw an unfilled limit, stop or stop-limit signal from all your subscribers.
- Step 1
Open Signals
bottom bar on phone, side menu on desktop. The page opens on the Active tab by itself.

Pick the pending signal
tap a card carrying a Limit, Stop or Stop-limit chip.
- Step 3
Check the status
the chip must read Active. Partially closed is refused and needs Full close instead.
- Step 4
Go to Manage signal
scroll down the signal page to the Manage signal card.
- Step 5
Choose the command
pick Cancel pending in the first dropdown. The price box disappears.
- Step 6
Write a reason
type it in Note or reason. Optional, and whatever you write is sent to subscribers.
- Step 7
Press Submit command
a strip asks "Are you sure? This cannot be undone."
- Step 8
Confirm it
press Yes, submit, and the Manage signal card goes.

Wait for the copy bots
the status stays Cancelling until every copy bot answers, then turns Cancelled — at once if nobody copies you. The page does not refresh itself.
Result
The unfilled order is withdrawn from every subscriber and can no longer fill. The signal leaves Active and is found on the All tab, not Closed.
