Close a signal completely
Close your live signal by hand and shut whatever is still open.
- Step 1
Sign in
you land on the Dashboard.
- Step 2
Open Signals
the "Signals" item sits in the bottom tab bar on a phone, in the sidebar on desktop.
- Step 3
Open the signal
in the "Active" tab tap its card. A "Partially closed" signal shows only in the "All" tab.
- Step 4
Scroll to the manage card
on the signal page, go down to "Manage signal".
- Step 5
Choose Full close
in the card's first dropdown. The number box disappears from the form.
- Step 6
Add a note, if you want
"Note or reason" is not required; whatever you write reaches your subscribers.
- Step 7
Press "Submit command"
nothing is sent yet and the signal has not changed.
- Step 8
Confirm
a strip appears under the form; press "Yes, submit" to record the command.

Check the message
a confirmation appears and the "Manage signal" card is gone.

Read the status at the top
it turns "Closing", or goes straight to "Closed manually" if no copy bot held the trade.
- Step 11
Wait if it says "Closing"
it is waiting on subscriber terminals; the last report turns it into "Closed manually".
Result
The signal is finished and whatever was still open on it is shut. Its final status is "Closed manually".
