Complete a pending VIP membership payment
Pay a pending provider VIP membership and submit its transaction hash.
- Step 1
Open Subscriptions
Sign in and open "Subscriptions" under the "Finance" group; on a phone that group sits under the "More" tab.

Find the pending row
In "Provider subscriptions", tap the row whose status reads
Pending payment. - Step 3
Press Complete payment
At the bottom of the sheet, press "Complete payment". Payments opens on the "Provider subscription payment" card.
- Step 4
Copy the destination
Below it, "Open payment request" shows the amount, the network and "Destination wallet". Press "Copy".
- Step 5
Send the exact amount
Send that exact amount on that network. The network was fixed when the request was created.
- Step 6
Paste the hash
In "Submit payment proof", the "Payment" dropdown already holds this payment. Paste the hash into "Transaction hash".
- Step 7
Fill both optional fields
Fill "Source wallet address (optional)" and "Receipt file (optional)". Leaving them empty puts review flags on the payment.
- Step 8
Submit the proof
Press "Submit proof".
Result
"Payment proof submitted for review." appears at the top of the page and the payment goes into review. A finance admin confirms it by hand, and the membership activates only then.
