Connect Telegram to your account

Open the More menu

Tap "More" in the bottom bar. On desktop it is in the sidebar.

Go to Settings

Under "Account", tap "Settings".

Find the Telegram card

Scroll down to the "Telegram connection" card.

Type your username

In "Telegram username", write your public username without the @. It must be 5 to 32 English letters, numbers or underscores.

Save the username

Tap "Save username" and wait for the confirmation:

Generate the command

Tap "Generate connection link". A "One-time command" appears with "Valid until" ten minutes ahead, and the chip reads:

Send it to the bot

Tap "Open the Telegram bot", or tap "Copy" and paste the command into the bot's private chat. Send it; the bot confirms.

Come back and check

Return to this page and look at the chip:

ExampleConnected

Disconnect

Whenever you want, tap "Disconnect" on the same card, or send the bot this in its private chat:
