Find an answer in the Help Center
Find the right guide in the panel Help Center, read it, open its files, or send a ticket.
- Step 1
Open the menu
On a phone, tap More, the last tab in the bottom bar. On a desktop the groups are already in the sidebar, so skip this step.

Open the Help Center
Under Support, tap Help Center. The guide list opens with a search box on top.

Search a few words
Type a few words in What are you looking for? The list refreshes shortly after you stop typing.
- Step 4
Narrow by topic
The topic buttons under the search box cut the list down to one topic, and their names stay in English. All brings the whole list back.
- Step 5
Load more guides
If the one you want is not in the list, tap More guides at the end of it.
- Step 6
Open a guide
Tap the guide's row to read it.
- Step 7
Open attached files
If a guide carries files, they sit near the end under Attached files with their size, and open in a new tab.
- Step 8
Send a ticket
Still nothing? Under Still stuck? tap Send a ticket; the request form opens with Subject, Description, Category and Importance.
Result
The guide that answers your question is open, with any files it carries. If none of them answered it, support has your ticket instead.
