  1. Step 1

    Sign in as a provider

    Use your provider account.

  2. Step 2

    Open the menu

Tap "More". The section list opens.

  3. Step 3

    Go to the provider page

    Under "Account", tap "Official Provider".

  4. Step 4

    Check the state

The top card reads "Your application needs a correction" and carries a "Rejected" chip.

  5. Step 5

    Read why

The reason sits in "Review note". Correct that before you send anything again.

  6. Step 6

    Check account requirements

Under "Account requirements", "Active account" and "Verified email" must both read "Done". If they do not, a "Complete account requirements" notice takes the button's place.

  7. Step 7

    Open the form

Press "Submit a corrected application". The "Application form" opens, filled from your provider profile.

  8. Step 8

    Re-type the MT5 details

"MT5 account number", "MT5 server" and "Investor password" always open empty. Type all three again.

  9. Step 9

    Add the provider image

Pick "Provider photo or logo" with "Choose a file", up to 5 MB.

  10. Step 10

    Add the statement file

Pick "Statement file" with "Choose a file", up to 20 MB. Both files are required, even though each row says Optional.

  11. Step 11

    Send the application

Press "Submit application". You get "Your application was submitted."

The chip turns to "Pending review" and your application is back in the queue. Your marketplace name and photo become what you just sent.
