Why a provider is not on the leaderboard

Check the four gates a provider must clear before the leaderboard will rank them.

  1. Step 1

    Open the leaderboard

On the Sigrah site, click Leaderboard in the top bar.

  2. Step 2

    Find the Eligibility section

Scroll to the section marked Eligibility, headed "Not every provider is ranked."

  3. Step 3

    Read the three thresholds

Under What a provider must clear are three bars: Closed signals 20, Public history 60 days and Verified ratings 5.

  4. Step 4

    Count both kinds of rating

Verified ratings adds provider reviews and signal ratings together, so five of any mix clears that gate.

  5. Step 5

    Check the fourth gate

Beside those three bars sits the fourth: Admin approval, marked Required. It adds no points to the score; it only decides whether the score is published.

  6. Step 6

    Open the provider's profile

Click Explore in the top bar, type the name into Search by name, and open their profile.

  7. Step 7

    Read the rank plate

In the first section of the profile, the Organic rank plate beside their name says whether they are ranked.

  8. Step 8

    Read the written reason

Further down, the Reputation section under How the rank is set says in words that the leaderboard lists only providers that have met the thresholds.

You can name which of the four gates the provider has not cleared, and whether they are short of a threshold or still waiting on admin approval. Only a provider who clears all four is ranked.
