Check and renew a VIP membership
See when a VIP membership ends, renew it once it has, and who can cancel it.
- Step 1
Open Subscriptions
In the bottom bar tap More (the sidebar on desktop), then Subscriptions under Finance.

Find the VIP row
In Provider subscriptions each row is tagged VIP or Copy trade: Until … while it runs, Ends … once it has finished.
- Step 3
Open the row
Tap a row for Access, Status, Starts, Ends and Payment. Complete payment appears only when a payment was left unfinished.
- Step 4
Reach the VIP card
At the bottom of that sheet tap Provider page, then scroll to the Private provider access card.
- Step 5
Read the membership state
While the membership runs you cannot renew, and the card shows an Access ends date with this line:

- Step 6
Pick a network and renew
Once it has ended, pick a Payment network, press the gold Renew VIP membership and confirm; an amount and address appear.
- Step 7
Send the exact amount
Transfer the exact amount on that same network, then tap Submit hash and payment proof.
- Step 8
Submit the hash
On Payments, enter the Transaction hash and tap Submit proof; an admin reviews it.
- Step 9
Ticket to end it early
You cannot cancel. To end a membership early, open More → Support → Tickets.
Result
Once an admin confirms, VIP runs again and the Private provider access card shows a new Access ends date.
