Read your payment history and what each status means
Find any deposit or purchase, filter the list, and read its status.
- Step 1
Open the wallet
Open "Wallet": the bottom bar on a phone, the "Finance" group in the desktop sidebar.
- Step 2
Go to payments
Under the balance, tap the third action, "Payments". Its "Payments" card is last, at the bottom of the page.
- Step 3
Read the tiles
"Requests" counts all records, "Pending" the ones still open, "Confirmed" the value confirmed.
- Step 4
Pick a filter
Tap "All", "Pending", "Confirmed" or "Failed"; "Failed" also holds rejected, expired and cancelled.
- Step 5
Open one record
Tap a row to open "Payment detail"; on a wide screen, tap "Details" at the end of the row.
- Step 6
Read an open status
"Pending" means no hash sent yet, "Tx submitted" means an admin must review it, then "Under review".

Read a final status
"Confirmed" means the money was applied; "Rejected", "Expired", "Failed" and "Cancelled" close the request. None confirms automatically; an admin does it by hand.
- Step 8
Check the deadline
While a payment is open, "Expires" gives your deadline.
- Step 9
Copy the ID
Tap "Copy" beside ID, then "Close".
Result
Every deposit and plan purchase has one row here, with its own status and ID. One look tells you which payments are still open and which are closed.
