Request a withdrawal from your wallet
Turn on two-factor login, then send USDT from your Sigrah wallet to your own crypto address.
- Step 1
Open the More tab
Open the "More" tab. On desktop it is the sidebar column.

Go to Security
In the "Account" group, tap "Security".

Start the authenticator
Under "Two-factor login", press "Set up" on the "Authenticator app" row; without it main-wallet and provider withdrawals are refused, while referral withdrawals are not. If it is already on, go to step 5.

Turn two-factor on
Add the "Setup key" to your authenticator app, enter the "Six-digit code" and press "Enable".

Open the Wallet tab
Back in the panel's main tabs, open "Wallet".

Press Withdraw
Under the balance press "Withdraw". A sheet asks "Withdraw from which wallet?"
- Step 7
Pick the wallet
Choose "Main wallet", "Referral wallet" or "Provider earnings" (providers only). "Credit" is "Non-withdrawable", so it is not in the list.
- Step 8
Enter the amount
In "Amount" type 10 USDT or more, or press "Max" to take that wallet's whole available balance.
- Step 9
Pick the network
In "Network" choose the network your address belongs to: TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20.
- Step 10
Paste the address
Put your address in "Destination address" and check every character; a payout cannot be reversed.
- Step 11
Send the request
Press "Request withdrawal".

Result
The amount is reserved at once and stays reserved until finance review, and a new row appears under "Withdrawals" at the bottom of the page as "Pending" — "Under review" for a referral withdrawal. An admin then pays it or rejects it.
