Reset a password you cannot remember
Get a one-hour reset link by email and set a new password.
- Step 1
Open the login page
Tap "Log in" in the site header.

Ask for a reset link
Under the password box, tap "Forgot password?"; the page "Reset your password" opens.

Enter the account email
Type the address in "Account email" and tap "Send reset link".

Read the generic reply
"Check your inbox" replaces the form and never confirms the address has an account, so a mistyped address gets the same message.
- Step 5
Open the reset email
Open the email "Reset your Sigrah password" and click the link inside it; the page "Choose a new password" opens.

Set the new password
In "New password" type 8 to 64 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.

Confirm the new password
Type the same password in "Confirm new password"; the button stays disabled until the password meets the rule and both boxes match.

Save and close sessions
Tap "Update password and close sessions"; the page becomes "Password updated" and every signed-in device is logged out.
- Step 9
Sign in again
Tap "Continue to sign in"; the login page shows the green "Password updated" banner.
Result
Your password is changed and every device that was signed in has been logged out. From now on only the new password works.
