Send the broker statement behind your Verified Trading Journal
Apply as an official provider and send the MT5 statement behind your Verified Trading Journal.
- Step 1
Open the menu
Tap "More" in the bottom bar, or use the desktop sidebar.

Go to Official Provider
Under "Account", open "Official Provider".

Check account requirements
In "Account requirements", "Active account" and "Verified email" must both show this state.

Open the application form
At the foot of "Application details", press "Apply as an official provider"; the "Application form" opens.
- Step 5
Enter the MT5 account
Fill "Public display name", "MT5 account number", "MT5 server" and "Investor password". The investor password is read-only and cannot place trades.

Describe the strategy
Write "Strategy description", at least 20 characters.

List your symbols
Put the instruments you trade in "Preferred symbols", separated by commas.

Pick a risk level
Choose "Low", "Medium" or "High" in "Risk level".
- Step 9
Add the provider image
Under "Provider photo or logo" press "Choose a file"; JPG, PNG or WEBP, 5 MB max. This image is public and appears in the marketplace.

Attach the statement
Under "Statement file" press "Choose a file"; PDF, CSV, XLS, XLSX, HTML, ZIP or an image, 20 MB max. The file stays private and is seen only by the review team.

Send the application
Press "Submit application"; the standing card changes to this line.

Result
Once an admin approves it, the card reads "You are an official provider" and your marketplace profile goes live. The statement you sent becomes your Verified Trading Journal only after a separate review of the statement itself.
