Check where your provider application stands
See where your official-provider application stands and exactly what the reviewer received.
- Step 1
Open the More menu
In the bottom bar press "More"; on desktop it is the sidebar.

Go to Official Provider
Inside the "Account" group, press "Official Provider".

Read the top card
It says "Your application is waiting for review" and "Nothing else is needed from you until there is a result." The chip beside it reads
Pending review. - Step 4
Pass Account requirements
Below the card sits "Account requirements": what is read from your account and had to be complete before you applied.

Check Application details
The next section, "Application details", offers no way to send a new application while a review is open.

See what the reviewer got
"Last submitted application" lists "Submitted", "MT5 account number", "MT5 server", "Risk level" and "Preferred symbols".

The statement is not returned
The "Statement file" row shows only
Statement recorded. The file itself and the Investor password are never shown back. - Step 8
Come back for the result
Open the page again later: the chip turns "Approved", "Rejected" or "Suspended", and a "Reviewed" date appears.
Result
You know the exact stage of your application and every value the review team holds. Until the chip changes, nothing is expected from you.
