Understand your wallet balances and transactions
Read each wallet balance, why part is reserved, and what transaction rows mean.
- Step 1
Open the wallet
tap Wallet in the bottom bar; on a computer the same entry is in the side menu.
- Step 2
Read the top card
"Available balance" is the part of your main wallet you can spend.
- Step 3
See what is held back
"Reserved" is money held for a withdrawal or an open plan order. If an admin has frozen the wallet, the card shows
Blockedinstead. - Step 4
Find the account cards
they sit right after the four buttons: Deposit, Withdraw, Payments, History.
- Step 5
Tell the two spendable accounts apart
"Main wallet" is "Withdrawable · used for plan purchases". "Credit" is tagged "Non-withdrawable" and is spent before the main wallet on a plan purchase.
- Step 6
Check referral and provider money
"Referral wallet" shows a reward as "Pending" until it is released. Providers also have a "Provider earnings" card.
- Step 7
Open a card for its detail
the main wallet shows "Available", "Reserved" and "Total deposited". "Credit" lists your credits with "Remaining" and "Expires".
- Step 8
Go to the history
History takes you to "Recent transactions". Four rows show at first; "View all" opens the list and "Show less" closes it.
- Step 9
Read each row's pill
the pill says whether the money came from the main wallet or from credit. Referral and provider money is never in this list.
Result
You can name every number on the page: what you can spend, what is held and why, and which wallet each transaction came from. Money that is not in the transaction list has its own section on the same page.
