A tool says "Unlocks at level 3" — what to do
Unlock a locked professional tool by activating the plan level that enables it.
- Step 1
Open the menu
In the bottom bar tap "More"; on desktop the same list is the left sidebar.

Open Professional Tools
Under "Trading tools" tap the "Professional Tools" tile.

Read the lock chip
A tool your plan has not unlocked is not removed; in place of its button sits a chip with the level it needs. Note that number.

Open the plan list
Tap "Compare plans" at the card's foot. The plan cards open under "Back to my plan".
- Step 5
Select that level
On the "Level 3" card tap "Select"; "Review your change" opens below.

Activate the plan
Tap "Activate plan". That button appears only when "Deposit needed" is zero.
- Step 7
Deposit the shortfall
If "Deposit needed" is not zero, "Continue to deposit" sits there instead and takes you to payments.
Result
"Your plan is active." means it is done. Reopen "Professional Tools" — the card turns live on its own.
