Read the Verified Trading Journal

Find a provider's verified journal and know what each number is based on.

  1. Step 1

    Open Providers

Sign in and open "Providers": the bottom bar on phone, the sidebar under "Trading tools" on desktop.

  2. Step 2

    Search their name

The marketplace opens with a search box and filters. Type the provider's name.

  3. Step 3

    Open their card

Tap the card to open their page. Following is not required; the journal is public.

  4. Step 4

    Scroll to the journal

Scroll down: "Verified Trading Journal" comes right after "Performance evidence".

  5. Step 5

    Check the verified badge

The badge sits at the top of the card, and under the title comes this line: "Derived from reviewed historical statements, not a guarantee of future results."

    Example✓ Verified by Sigrah

  6. Step 6

    Read "Data confidence"

The percentage in the top corner of the card. More verified trades, more statements and a few months of history raise it; profit does not.

  7. Step 7

    Read the five tiles

In this order: "Trades", "Net PnL", "Win rate", "Profit factor" and "Max drawdown".

  8. Step 8

    What profit factor means

Above 1 means the wins together outweigh the losses together.

  9. Step 9

    Read the equity shape

The bars under the tiles are the last sixteen equity points and carry no numbers. Read the shape only.

You know every journal number comes from that provider's reviewed statements, not from their signals on Sigrah. The journal is public, so you see it without following them.
