Send your identity document and selfie

Send your identity document and selfie from the Verification page.

  1. Step 1

    Open the menu

    On a phone press "More" in the bottom bar; on desktop the same list sits in the side navigation.

  2. Step 2

    Go to Verification

    Under the heading "Account", press "Verification".

  3. Step 3

    Read what is required

    The "Verification" card shows your status and "What is required" lists five rows. "Email", "Phone number" and "Sigrah agreements" are cleared elsewhere.

  4. Step 4

    Attach the identity document

    In "Submit documents", press "Choose file" under "Identity document" and pick your national ID or passport, up to 10 MB.

  5. Step 5

    Attach the selfie

    Press "Choose file" under "Selfie"; your face must be fully visible and uncovered.

  6. Step 6

    Add a note (optional)

    Write anything useful in "Note for the reviewer".

  7. Step 7

    Send the package

    Press "Submit documents"; the identity document and selfie are reviewed as one package.

  8. Step 8

    Wait for the decision

    The Sigrah verification team reviews the package and sets the status of each document.

  9. Step 9

    Resend a rejected file

    A "Rejected" document carries a "Reason for rejection"; send the corrected file the same way.

Result

The card reads "Both required documents are on file." Both files are listed under "Documents" with the status "Pending review".
