Track a withdrawal and what each status means
Find your withdrawal, read its status, and know when the money moves.
- Step 1
Open Wallet
from the bottom tab bar on a phone, or the sidebar's Finance group on desktop.
- Step 2
Go to the list
scroll to the Withdrawals card. While a request is open, a shortcut card at the top of the page carries View withdrawals.

Read the row
each row shows wallet, network, date, amount and a status pill. Only the newest three show; View all opens twenty, and appears only when you have more than three.
- Step 4
Statuses still in motion
*Pending* and *Under review* wait for an admin; *Approved* is authorised but unsent; *Processing* is being paid right now.
- Step 5
Statuses that are final
*Paid* has left Sigrah. *Rejected*, *Failed* and *Cancelled* never pay out.
- Step 6
Find the reserved money
a Main wallet request moves the amount from Available balance to Reserved the moment you submit it. It is not lost.
- Step 7
See how it settles
*Paid* clears the reservation and adds a row to Recent transactions; *Rejected* returns the amount to Available balance.
- Step 8
Stop it or fix an address
no cancel button exists, so a ticket is the only route: More → Support → Tickets → New ticket.
Result
You know which stage your withdrawal is at, and whether the money is reserved, returned or gone. While a status is still in motion, nothing is needed from you.
